Easter Blessings♥

Cottage Remnant Artwork copyright 2012

And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said,
"Father, 'into Your hands I commit My spirit.' "
Having said this, He breathed His last.....
Luke 23:46

May you find the Blessing that is yours this Easter Weekend!

P.S. today is Saturday which means it's time to check out whats happening at Artists Playground, Artist's in Blogland and Sweet Saturdays.

Artists Playroom Challenge Complete♥

Good Saturday Morning

Artist Playroom Challenge
as well as
Sweet Saturdays

I absolutely loved this challenge from Artist Playroom,
it rekindled my love for drawing roses and roses, oh and roses....
The Challenge was to "Doodle" using my initials.

I know, these don't look much like "Doodles"....I'm easing my way into it....

Below is my actual "Doodle"....I made myself stop, think and create...
I just love the colour Pink, as you can tell.....
I can sit down with pencil and paper and think  (there's that darn thinking again)...I am going to create something "rustic" looking perhaps.....but in the end....it looks pretty and Pink.

It's just what I love to create, so I'm going with it!!!♥

Have a Blessed Weekend and
~Happy Creating~

Sweet Saturdays it is♥

Well I have just joined the
"Sweet Saturdays Join the Fun"

Since the Title is Sweet, I thought I would start with one of my first paintings that tickled my heart.
I am an absolute fan of the colour PINK... that must be why God blessed me with two girls....LOL

I created this as my February picture for the Calendars I was making everyone for Christmas.
I had never tried watercolour's until I did the calendar....I fell in love with Watercolour's....
