A Daisy a Day Dear♥

Playing with the camera

My friend +Alice Hendon from The Creator's Leaf, who is also a photographer, shared some photo tips with me yesterday.
I have always just taken my art photo's on my desk.....not the best place i found out.
So i tried a little table under my window....
I think they are much brighter...
I even used my daughters camera instead of mine....she took my better camera with her on a school trip.
She went with the Horticultural Society to the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls (CDN).
I guess i should have painted a butterfly today...LOL....well there is one on the inside of the page.

BTW
i completed round #2 of Lesson#1
I will be posting my progress later today i hope...
pop on over if you'd like.

  1. Photographing artwork is a real art form... and they do look brighter... I chase the sun all over the house in search of good light... think it is part of the fun...xx

  14. Cynthia, your flowers are so gorgeous. I notice that putting the art next to the window does make a brighter photo, but you have to watch for the shadow of your hand and camera!
