My daughter just came down to inform me that she knew why we see shoes or boots hanging over telephone lines..... she had been watching "Extreme Home Makeover" (gotta love Ty), anyway..... a neighbourhood was getting a face-lift and this piece of information was shared.
Shoes or Boots hanging over phone or cable wires indicates that drugs are being sold near by. And apparantely different colours represent different drugs...... they are a clever and sneaky bunch.
Heads up, watch for wires.

ReplyDeleteIt's true. We live in a wonderful historic area but the surrounding streets are "less than desirable" and there are shoes and boots hanging on every corner. We keep our kids close and we all watch out for each other. But more than anything, we know that because we have made Christ our dwelling, He's put his angels around us. Blessings... Polly
